Life Extension TMG is a supplement containing 100 mg of trimethylglycine (betaine anhydrous, TMG) in one portion. Betaine anhydrous (trimethylglycine, TMG) structurally it is a glycine molecule with three methyl groups attached. Trimethylglycine plays an important role in animals and humans in maintaining water balance of cells, coordinating the most important metabolic functions and inhibiting many disease-causing processes.
