The PRENACAPS Multi 1 + DHA set includes PRENACAPS Multi 1 with a variety of vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, B vitamins (niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, biotin, vitamin B12), vitamin C, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin E, pantothenic acid, folate (Quatrefolic®), iodine and selenium. Additionally, PRENACAPS DHA contains fish oil derived from anchovies, rich in valuable omega-3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA. Each of these ingredients has been carefully selected to support a pregnant woman's diet, without the addition of artificial ingredients.
The combination of PRENACAPS Multi 1 vitamins and minerals with fish oil contained in PRENACAPS DHA is intended to provide comprehensive support, which is especially important during pregnancy, when the need for certain nutrients may be increased. The shell of each capsule in PRENACAPS Multi 1 is made of pullulan, a natural polysaccharide produced by the fungus Aureobasidium pullulans. This solution is 100% vegan and natural.
