BestMag Day
BestMag Day contains 680.27 mg of magnesium malate, of which 100 mg is magnesium. Magnesium malate (Magnesium organic compound) is one of the forms of magnesium that combines malic acid with magnesium. Magnesium malate is highly soluble in water, which makes it easier for the body to absorb it. It is also known as magnesium malate.
BestMag Night
BestMag Night offers a blend of two magnesium compounds:
- 290.42 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, containing 37 mg of magnesium. Magnesium bisglycinate is a chelated form of magnesium where the magnesium is combined with two molecules of glycine, an amino acid that supports the bioavailability of magnesium.
- 266.67 mg of magnesium taurate, of which 20 mg is magnesium. Magnesium taurate is a compound of magnesium and the amino acid taurine. This form is also well digestible and stable.
