First, you need to login to your account, where you can find your collected loyalty points – please, click on the "MY ACCOUNT" button in the upper right hand corner.

After clicking on it, you will be redirected to the login page, where you need to enter your email address and password. Then click on the green button "LOG IN" in the section "I AM A RETURNING CUSTOMER".

If you forgot your password, you can use the password reset option by clicking on the orange button "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?", and on the next page, please enter your email address again and click on the green button "RESET PASSWORD". Further instructions will be provided in via email.

You will be redirected to your account page, where you can manage our personal data, addresses (including delivery addresses), check the history your orders or returns, the number of loyalty points you have, or information about your diet and/or workouts.

After logging in to your account, you only need to familiarize yourself with our product offer, select one (or more) you are interested in, and add it to your shopping cart (you can also make your choice before logging in to your account).

Once you have selected your product and added it to your shopping cart, please go to the "ORDER" page by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page, or on the green button "ORDER".

And this is the step in which you have the opportunity to discout your order using points accumulated in our loyalty program so far.

Under the list of products in your shopping cart, on the left side there is a section called "LOYALTY PROGRAM", where the total sum of collected points is displayed. To use them, please click on the blue button "DISCOUNT" next to it.

Please be aware that all your collected points will be used to discount your order, unless you have more points than the value of your order is.

The amount by which you would reduce your order pirce will be displayed on the right as "LOYALTY PROGRAM".

Please also note that discounts can not be combined, and after you discount your order with collected loyalty points, you will not be able to use a discount code or gift card while placing the same order.
