Now Foods Vitamin D-3 400 IU is a dietary supplement containing vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol obtained from lanolin. Vitamin D3 was suspended in high-quality extra virgin olive oil, which increases its stability and assimilability. One capsule contains 400 IU (10 mcg) of vitamin D3.
