5.7 dihydroxyflavone (Chrysin) is flavone occurring in Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) and wax coating on some plants belonging to the genus primroses and bee glue (propolis). It is an aromatase inhibitor which allows to increase testosterone levels while reducing estrogen levels (an action of chrysin), a feature especially useful for people practising sports, improves a body aesthetics.
Dosage: supplementation – several dozens of milligrams, in the pharmacology - several grams per day.
