6,7-dihydroxybergamottin (Bergamottin) is an organic compound of natural origin (one of the furanocumarins) which is present in grapefruit and dairy products, the bergamot oil and essential oils of citrus. It inhibits the activity of cytochrome P-450, a metabolic of many substances used both in sports supplementation, as well as in medicine.
