7b-OH (3B, 7B-dihydroxy-5- etialocholen-17-one) (synonym: 7b-hydroxy-dehydroepiandrosterone) is a metabolite of DHEA (testosterone precursor). Both compounds are used for men (age +50 in particular) to improve the physical fitness. It shows several times higher action against the action of DHEA. It is rarely used at sports supplementation, because it is classified as prohibited product. It shows to catabolism of muscle tissue and can lead to deposition of fat. It is a compound of products origins from the countries of North and South America.
Dosage: For several to tens of milligrams per day. In the sports it is on the borderline of permitted supplementation.
