Alpha GPC (L-Alpha Glucerylphosphorylcholine, alphaglycerylphosphorylcholine) occurs naturally in the brain and milk. It is a chemical compound (a derivative of choline and its provider in the body) providing a precursor for the synthesis of acetylcholine, which is a neurotransmitter.
